| POSTPARTUM ABSTRACTIONS | 2016 - 2018

These are the pieces I made during what was a wildly raw postpartum season of early motherhood, 2016-2018. I had two babies 20 months apart from one another, unexpectedly lost my father and dog within the same season. These abstractions helped me breathe, shed skin and process through mark making, layering of mixed media and intuitively escape.
