For hybrid and film sessions, you get to experience the art of film! I use a variety of film cameras and film stocks that are truly timeless. Your film is processed, scanned and sent digitally as high resolution jpegs just like with digital photo sessions.

Why Go Analog?
While it might be an "old" format of photography, film really is different and creates images that really do feel special - photographs that really blur the boundaries between photography and art. Shooting film is my specialty, where I will shine and make art with your moments.

Nostalgia: Shooting on film can evoke a sense of nostalgia, connecting the medium with a bygone era of filmmaking.
Vintage Look: Able to achieve a vintage or retro look that is challenging to replicate with digital technology.
Authenticity: Film is often associated with a more authentic or organic feel, which can enhance storytelling in certain contexts.
Grain Structure: Film has a distinct grain structure that adds a unique and often nostalgic aesthetic to images.
Color Rendering: Color reproduction of film is often more pleasing or authentic than digital alternatives.

Character of Film Stocks: Different film stocks have unique characteristics, and we can choose a specific stock to achieve a particular visual style.

Samples of Medium Format/120 Film:

Medium Format film / 120 film is a larger negative, so the images tend to have a much higher resolution, producing very sharp images. A roll of 120 film is 10 photos.

Samples of 35mm Film:

35mm Film is an excellent choice if you're looking for that alternative, vintage look to your photos. Depending on the film stock, there can be grain and qualities to the film that add a unique softness to the images. Typically a roll of 35mm film will come with up to 24 photos.
